We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Netherlands & European Union: FREE returns

International (outside NL/EU)
International returns are accepted within 30 days, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Packing slip information
If you return your order via our return portal, a packing slip is not required, as your return is registered digitally.
If you choose to return your order without using the return portal, please include the packing slip in the package so we can correctly match your return.
If you no longer have the packing slip, you can request a copy by contacting us at info@smarterobjects.store.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve it appropriately.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return the original item. Once accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
